When asked, we find most people really don’t know much about their insurance. Questions like "What's the difference between comprehensive and collision?", or “what is liability insurance?” leave most people shrugging their shoulders. We know, because we posed those very questions to some individuals. The results were inspiring–and the impetus behind these unscripted TV ads.
